"The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay."

"Initial communication with Yassin was great. Unfortunately the property did not provide us with the specific address. It should have been 34M; our taxi driver dropped us way up the hill. I tried to call got no answer. Checked the Expedia post and it only said 34. When we finally arrived Yassin was definitely in a rush to leave. The room itself has huge potential however is VERY poorly maintained. Extremely dusty and evidence of mold. There were also Cobb webs hanging from the walls and ceiling....

"This is a lovely gem. Includes parking which is hard to find. Family owned and its a truly beautiful place. Breakfast was amazing as well!! Recommend!! "

"A estadia foi ótima. A equipe nos atendeu muito bem. A vista e magnífica. O quarto é pequeno, porém cheiroso, agradável, acolhedor. O hotel está situado em uma pequena cidade que usamos como base para visitar greve in Chianti e demais cidades da região. O restaurante da pousada é um espetáculo."
