"I was given room 3 which was average and definitely not like the advertised photos or reviews, there was not hot water which happens, I was then given an 'up grade' to an upstairs room where the shower head was broken and the electric shower when set at medium went from cold to burning on its own, clearly faulty. Bed was very comfortable but the room was dated. Unable to offer comment on the breakfast as I had to leave before it started, 8am is quite late for midweek."

Due to the sizeable event I was attending all the other hotels in the area were full, so I drove back the same night. Not quite living up to their mission statement hung on the wall which states they aim to ensure the happiness of all guests."

"I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process"
