"The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. "Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms look beautiful, but poor property maintenance. Things don't seem to get fixed or upgraded when they deteriorate. Elevators haven't been working well for a while. Toilet water pressure is awful. One of the mattresses was caving in. Lamp not working. Dining area under par."

"There was some sketchy people hanging around the parking lot when I arrived in the afternoon but that doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel. Just...interesting. Anyway, the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Tons of eating options nearby. The mall is right around the corner. 10min drive to downtown Annapolis. Friendly staff. Would stay again!"

"We were there due to an event at the Fleet Reserve. The hotel was fine, a little bit of a walk to the Annapolis waterfront. The breakfast prices were a little high, in my opinion. The parking was safe, but also a little pricey for a one night stay."
