"The apartments are tiny but really well planned, but no tv. Ikea would be proud. Great price for what you get. It was unusually warm when we went and unfortunately the pool still shut for winter as planned which was a shame but understandable. Clean, great on site staff and shop. Lovely pub too. The bus to get into Florence can get very crowded, think London Underground with very rude mannered people, but we survived. Our son was in a wheelchair but we managed. Everyday someone tried to push in front of the chair and everyday someone left the bus with a badly grazed ankle ;-)"

"Superb stay at gorgeous historic hotel in Florence! Interior decor is fabulous, bed extremely comfortable, interesting modern art throughout the hotel. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Also incredible location steps away from Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I would 100% stay here again! "

"Lovely brand new hotel couldn’t fault a thing - easy to get to from the main motorways arrived very late Friday early hours sat morning the chap on reception was super nice and very friendly . Swimming pool outside will be lovely in the summer to cold in January . Recommend this hotel ."

"Extremely helpful, provided a map with bus routes to take and enjoy the city. Breakfast was delicious. Many restaurants nearby, there is also a great little gelato spot around the corner. Loved this place."
