"If you want to experience a more home like setting with welcoming host away from all the tourist this is the place for you! Beautiful farmhouse only 30 minutes outside of Florence. Home prepared meals with local or home grown produce on fine antique china. Overlooks mountains and Vineyards. Host cater to your preferences and very knowledgeable about area. Room was ultra modern and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic local dishes. Highly recommended if you want to experience life outside...

"This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!"

"Beautiful elegant buildings just outside Florence in Bagno a Ripoli. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. The shuttle bus takes you towards the city and then you have a 20 min walk into Florence itself. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Such a lovely property! The grounds are beautiful and having a pool to use after a hot day of walking around is wonderful. We found our dinner in the restaurant to be excellent! Good breakfast buffet! The only slight downside is if you want to go into Florence every day, while they do offer a shuttle, it stops quite a walk from the centre of town and the schedule isn’t always convenient so we needed up taking taxis a lot which added up financially. Still worth the area and the hotel but be aware...

"Likes: Staff, Room view, shower/bathroom, pool, restaurant, very nice experience. Cons: Not walkable to city center, 10/20 euro cab(not a total con, but advisory) a lot of construction near by, not disclosed on website. Local eats are 5 minute walk. Wish this was adult only. Hot tub cold, but a great pool. Id stay here again. Also, we were late coming back from wine tour in Tuscany and they stayed open late to feed us dinner. Really appreciated that."

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"
