"Just happened upon this resort last minute. Such a lucky break! Loved the views. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ate breakfast and dinner at the Pruno restaurant everyday of our 5 day stay. Rooms average size, bathrooms were big. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location, close to Florence, Chianti, Sienna. Free parking a plus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Simply beautiful the only thing is make sure you have a car. Taxi are expensive and they didn’t want to drive there they would literally refuse because it’s secluded. Everything was beautiful the breakfast could have been much better but the view it’s amazing lovely lady at the office just make sure you have a car otherwise gorgeous "

"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little...

"This place was very nice, nearly brand new in appearance and cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere seems a little too vibrant and geared towards a younger clientele base. The live music on Saturday night was loud enough that it kept us awake well past 1 a.m. Other than that we had a great stay!"

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. Love love love."
