C'est un scandale ! Je me suis présenté à l'hôtel, mais il a été fermé. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois, mais en vain. Comment est-ce possible ? C'était très difficile de trouver un hôtel à Murcia à 22h00. Il m'a fallu de temps et des dépenses pour en trouver un vers minuit.

Tuve una de mis peores experiencias en un hotel: Había un excremento humano en una esquina de la bañera. O fue alguien del personal del hotel o no se limpió/supervisó la limpieza de la habitación. Me cambiaron de habitación pero fuera de eso no hubo ninguna explicación ni gesto por parte del personal. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y el mando de la televisión no funcionaba.

Bastante deteriorado. Montones de hormigas en el baño. No había aire acondicionado porque no era "verano" a pesar de estar a 27 grados fuera. Es un hotel que se ha quedado en los años 70.

El personal es formidable y las instalaciones están bien. Como pega diría que la habitación olía a tabaco pero bueno, es complicado controlar a la gente fumadora y quitar estos olores.

the rooms had a terrible smell, and the AC didn't work. We didn't enjoy our stay at all. No proper power outlets to charge the phones etc.

El personal de limpieza a voces por los pasillos. Éramos un grupo alojados en distintas habitaciones y a ninguno nos dejaron dormir por la mañana. El bar/restaurante sin carta. Para desayunar pedimos a ciegas, ya que no tenían precios visibles. Nos dijeron que en cocina nos hacían lo que quisiéramos. Por un huevo con bacon querían cobrarnos 6 euros (nos pareció un precio inventado sobre la marcha). Al final pedimos bocadillos por 4 euros, eso sí, estaban muy ricos (les pedimos que nos tostara el pan). Las habitaciones estaban súper limpias. La cama cómoda aunque el cabecero sonaba un poco.
