"I booked a 5 star hotel , more like a dated 3 star hotel , lots of groups young boys on stag party, making a lot of noise not what you would expect at a 5 star hotel, room was spacious but very dated , room got cleaned twice in a week."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The bathroom looked a bit worn and could use some updating. There was also an issue with the breakfast pricing: the website stated that children’s breakfast was $8.50, but when we asked at the hotel, we were told that children were charged the same price as adults. It would be helpful if the pricing information was consistent. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect for us."

"The location was great (close to the beach and close to good supermarket, lots of restaurants), the staff - friendly , helpful. The atmosphere was great with well maintained garden and lovely swimming pool. Only one thing you can complain about is that some customers tended to leave their towels ( or even attached them by clothes pegs to the chairs) on the seats by the pool in the early morning and then come back to those chairs in very late afternoon."

"Expedia una estafa. Nos han engañado en la confirmación de la reserva. En la búsqueda y selección de habitación, reservamos para 2 adultos y 2 niños y en la confirmación de la reserva solo nos metieron a los 2 adultos. Cuando llegamos al hotel tuvimos que pagar por los 2 niños. El complejo es fantástico. Muy bonito, bien cuidado. Comida normal."

"We had a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms. It had lots of room, washer, drying rack, dishwasher. Our friends had a 2 bedroom also but they only had 1 bathroom for five people to share. I would recommend requesting the bigger unit. We also had a nice view. We were in building 10 3rd floor unit 10 AA. It's a little walk to the beach but very nice down there."
