"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"Staff at reception wasn't friendly... There was no greeting nor information given about our room's location, breakfast location and time, WiFi etc.. Toilet was not clean upon arrival and hair found in the shower."
