"Let's start with the pros: This property is a ~5 minute walk from the Arezzo train station, so it is potentially very convenient to use if you are visiting other towns by train each day. The place was adequately cleaned and maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As mentioned by others, the AC worked well in our unit, even though it blew directly on our faces as we slept (not comfortable). Breakfast was ok considering the price, and they had some light kitchen facilities...

"comfortable apartment, two spacey rooms, washing machine, cooking tools, fridge, good shower and easy check in process. only 10' walk to the city center, supermarket just 200m away + safe place to store my bicycle. it's great for a one day or longer stay in Arezzo."
