The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action"

"This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals. There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away. I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not. Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."
