"Great place near the airport. Easy shuttle service for early morning flight. The rooms were clean and comfy. The restaurant was convenient . Over all it was a pleasant stay. "

"While very trendy and new…our first room was very cold and they had to move us…after verifying that the room was, in fact, cold…really! …apparently, the temperature is somehow controlled remotely…the next morning we didn’t have any water…it took them about an hour to get it fixed…although we were sorely inconvenienced, the staff was very nice and polite…we missed breakfast and it was part of my package…"

"This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. "Perfect spot close to the airport. My wife had previously fell and dislocated and fractured her shoulder so we stayed for 3 days awaiting our flight back to the states. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating Shout out to Joseph who couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks"

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and...

"Valdría la pena valorar el transporte del aeropuerto hacia el hotel y a la inversa que fueran más accesibles para las condiciones pues no siempre se tienen las condiciones para hablar por teléfono sobretodo cuando se acude por trabajo .. "

"Things looked far better from photos than reality. The common spaces are nice, the room it's self was lacking. There was no iron in the room. The blow dryer worked intermittently, and we spilled water on the floor and then we cleaned it up the floor was very dirty. There is not separate shampoo, soap and conditioner. Only one product was provided. The door was not working properly and my husband cut his hand when we first arrived just opening the door. Maybe other rooms are better equipped but...
