"We stayed 4 nights at The One in Lisbon, and to be honest with the price tag we were expecting a much more

experience. The room was extremely small, we could barely move and/or store our stuff there, literally no place to put the luggage... Because of that we couldn't even request housekeeping service throughout the entire stay, and no one from the hotel ever inquired why. The customer service was very mediocre, with no personal touch whatsoever. The only great characteristic of this...
