"I really loved this place overall! Very welcoming and comfortable stay. The beds were nice. Breakfast was pretty good, and they even had somebody making made to order pancakes with banana eyes and an apple smile. I feel like every night that I was there they did something nice for the guests. Sangria night, tapas night, etc.. The staff was excellent, and I really enjoyed my chats with them."

"We felt so well looked after at the Torel Palace. The whole staff was amazing. Make sure to take the opportunity to go up the spiral tower for the best possible view, and take a steam bath in the Turkish bath. Such a beautiful peaceful propriety, complete with a lovely black and white kitty roaming around. Only downside is you’ll never want to go out!"

The breakfast buffet was tasty and a good variety as it introduce some Portuguese dishes. The room was spacious, cleaned promptly every day when allowed. The facilities provided are amazing such as the refreshments in the lobby area. "

"Always a great stay! Great location, great rooms and excellent restaurants. Not to mention just steps to the metro. I did notice this trip in both the rooms I stayed in the beds were starting to show their ware (sinking in the center) and gave me some back pain. "
