"Check in for the apartment was at The Lisbon Wine Hotel next door. We were able to leave our luggage until we could gain access as we had arrived early. Staff at the hotel (both reception and bar staff) were really friendly and helpful and we were even offered a complimentary check-in wine/beer which was a lovely touch. "We liked that our unit was an entire apartment with an outdoor small balcony. Great location, walkable, many restaurants, safe, close to all the activities and sights. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and attentive. As an example, they helped us secure a car and driver for a guided tour of Lisbon.
