"Staff at the Hotel were absolutely excellent. They helped us plan our stay in Lisbon, how to find locations we wanted to visit, and made our stay so enjoyable. A special thanks to Andreas, Carolina, Sarah in the restaurant and all the front counter and restaurant staff. We are seniors, and we really felt our stay in Lisbon would be made safe with the advocacy of the Hotel staff. When travelling we always feel relieved knowing that if something medical or otherwise happens to us, Hotel staff...

"We felt so well looked after at the Torel Palace. The whole staff was amazing. Make sure to take the opportunity to go up the spiral tower for the best possible view, and take a steam bath in the Turkish bath. Such a beautiful peaceful propriety, complete with a lovely black and white kitty roaming around. Only downside is you’ll never want to go out!"
