Towels were conveniently provided, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the necessary appliances. However, not everything was up to par. Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."
