I arrived so late that I knew staff wouldn't be available to clean my room, so I resolved to shower and remove the dirty blanket. Sadly, when I entered the bathroom, it was worse than the room. The counter had spots of dried toothpaste from another guest, the lotion that was previously screwed into the wall was on the counter with the screws still attached, there were visible black spots on the lotion and soap, and it looked like there was black mold lining the shower. To make matters worse, the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were covered with short, coarse, dark hairs that I hope were someone's underarm hairs. When I mentioned my concerns to the front desk staff in the morning, they simply stated there was nothing they could do for me. I was hoping for some semblance of hospitality after the terrible stay. Instead, after a terrible breakfast and a terrible night, I was sent away with nothing except for a subpar apology. When the front desk attendant tried to show the housekeeper the photos I took of the room, she said no and walked away to smoke a cigarette. "
