"While the accommodations itself was fine, the checkin process was a complete disaster, from start to finish - including the “24 hour concierge” being MIA to having to call, call again, and email, before resolving the apparent double-book of the room. I suppose I am the lucky one having showed up just before the 2nd scheduled occupant, who was still sorting out her booking when I was finally able to actually get in the apartment. -2 for the poorly run process, specifically."
