The hotel arranged for out water taxi from the airport & to the train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Nice variety, very well prepared, breakfast area was quite attractive. The desk personnel were fantastic! Very friendly, incredibly helpful, & really focused on ensuring that your stay was perfect. We will miss the hotel as much as Venice itself!"

"Central hotel, no kettle in the room to make a drink, no air-conditioning in the room till 1st may unbearable. Bedroom furniture dated. Decent breakfast provided.The staff are very helpful though and friendly. "
