"well, i’m a big believer in not punishing owners for the wrongs of other patrons because that’s not fair as it’s not their fault- so i gave them 5stars- howev, i’d also be remiss to not mention something that happened. i woke up the first morning to what sounded like quite a heated exchange in the kitchen/living room area between some other patrons who were staying here (presumably). it was pretty intense, and it ended with police being called. i got out of there after that. idk if that’s a regular occurrence there, but it was a bit much. i would advise prudence, i don’t think it was the best part of town (again, i acknowledge that’s not the owners fault and the price was attractive which is fair given the context of everything)"

"The room supposed to be smoke free, but it was smell of cigarettes. The whole way smelled so bad, I went to the front desk 3 times for them to change the room. They did not. The shower room was terrible with water all over the floor when someone took a shower. Even in the last day, when I checked out, I asked that lady for my receipt, she been so rude. She even asked me why I needed that receipt for? That was a horrible experience for me. ( the A/C was working)."

"The staff was very nice and professional. The location was extremely convenient in the middle of everything. I wish the hotel was more updated...there were issues with air circulation. Other than that, it was the perfect place to stay for a short business trip. "

"The staff was helpful, everyone was really nice. Registration was easy and pleasant, the ladies there explained everything and even gave a good food recommendation in the area when i asked. My issues would be with the cleanliness of the room and the fact that i lost power on one of my mornings and had to delay my plans due to no electricity in my room. Also the fact that we stayed for a week and needed to go down to bar/coffee area to use the small microwace they had to warm up food for a family of 4 and then have to carry it all back up to 12th floor was very inconvenient. I did call to ask if they had microwave for the room and was told "no mamm we don't do that". Even though i had walked past a utility room on my floor that had at least 20 microwaves in there. I also feel like the area the hotel was in was not the best, you would not know that from the pictures though. Overall stay was just okay. "

"The only reason I stayed there was distance to the airport and the fact the amenities listed a bar. The bar has been closed for MONTHS so unwinding with a drink and dinner on site is impossible. I can understand if they recently decided to close their bar but after months don't you think the amenities should have been updated by now??? "

"First room we had smelled of maijuana, and was dirty. Second room we had was overall dirty, handprints on walls, what seemed to be wax all over the floor. All the pictures showed tubs in the bathroom which I was sadly disappointed there were no tubs whatsoever. "

"This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. I booked this property out of necessity after my flight was cancelled and I urgently required accommodation for the night. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell multiple times and received absolutely no response. Another guest was also present, and we were both left standing outside with no communication or assistance whatsoever. The situation became even more unacceptable when the weather deteriorated and it began snowing. Only after repeatedly attempting to make contact were we able to reach the owner, who then informed us that he could not accommodate us despite our reservations already being confirmed. This information should have been communicated before arrival, not after leaving paying guests stranded outside in unsafe conditions. This level of negligence is indefensible. Leaving guests locked out, in poor weather, with confirmed bookings demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. The stress and urgency this created were entirely avoidable. This property is unreliable and should not be trusted under any circumstances. I strongly caution others against booking here."
