"We had a great stay, Danny was super helpful. Pool was clean, our room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was really friendly! Plenty of room for my wife and 2 kids. Our tip would be to rent a car to get around to beaches and restaurants!"

"This condo was lovely! It was central, very comfortable, modern and clean. The pool and grounds were very nice with enough comfortable lawn chairs.
Upon arrival though, we waited some time while the correct property manager was found for our condo rental. Albert, our security guard and another property manager onsite were helpful in determining and locating which property manager our booking was under. Eventually, the correct property manger was found and arrived to let us into our condo. ...

"We enjoyed the buffet however there was a need to keep the food more sanitary. A number of the cheeses and meats as well as the cold salad were out for hours without any shields or refrigeration. We did notice the tamarijn had them in a refrigerator compartment but Divi did not. Hopefully the redone buffet area will pay more attention to safe dining. Club Margot is always a wonderful dining experience. We have been there a number of different vacations but the menu could change up a little. Pure Lime only offers a limited Mexican menu of items we don’t care for for dinner. We love the beach there. It’s the main draw for us. Most of the Divi staff were very pleasant and we especially those in the buffet. Curtis at the sandpaper bar is a wonderful person."

"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my stay at Rui Palace Antillas - Adults Only from May 28, 2026 to May 31, 2026. As a frequent traveler, I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of hospitality and unprofessionalism displayed by your front desk staff, Rebeling.
Upon arrival, I was not provided with any information regarding the resort itself, beach access, pool hours, restaurant and club locations, operating hours, or where to have lunch after a long travel day, which is unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. Furthermore, I was assigned a wheelchair-accessible room, despite not booking or requiring one. When I sought assistance, I was dismissively told to check the app instead of receiving service. I was initially assigned to room 537, the hallway was extremely humid with worn carpet and a horrible smell. As a solo female traveler I was assigned a room at the very end of the hallway beside an exit door with chipped paint and didn’t close completely. I did not feel safe and had trouble sleeping because of the room I was given.
The staff member, Rebeling I interacted with was unprofessional, unpleasant, and lacked any form of empathy toward guests. Her attitude was not only unfriendly but also suggested a lack of desire to assist guests, making her unsuitable for a front-desk position.
Due to this experience, I am questioning my future loyalty to the RUI brand."

"Everyone was wonderful I stayed in building 7 was horrible beside the building was a night club every night between 9 and 3 am the music shook the building made it impossible to sleep very disturbing for that reason I would never go back to that resort"
"We had an amazing stay at the resort. We were especially impressed by the Private Island — the flamingos and the beach were all outstanding. The boat ride to the island was a lot of fun as well. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to downtown, the port, and many great restaurants. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

Our trip to Aruba was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The hotel was spectacular in every sense—beautiful, clean, welcoming, and exceeded all of our expectations. What truly made this trip unforgettable, however, were the people. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful, from the hotel staff to the taxi drivers, tour guides, restaurant employees, and even the local community.
The island itself is stunning, but it's the warmth and hospitality of the people that make Aruba such a special destination. Every tour was well organized, every interaction was pleasant, and we felt safe, relaxed, and appreciated throughout our stay.
I cannot recommend Aruba highly enough. It was a five-star experience in every way!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"Very nice setting with the palm trees and occasional flowers that were well maintained. pools were very clean and also well maintained. The restaurant was a bit disappointing, the whole week of our stay they were "out of potatoes" not sure why, a store called Super Food less than a mile away had plenty for sale. The food was bland and didn't have any seasonings. The restaurant in the hotel in front of ours had better selection and taste. The room had roaches. about 3 inch long. 3 were dead we found laying around and 2 ran across the floor. Not very relaxing worrying about one getting in your bed. I did tell the staff, and also told them I would leave if one did. They apologized but did not offer to change my room which I really was expecting from a hotel boasting luxury at 300+ a night. Would not return to this location. Try to get on the beach, the walk through the other hotel and then across 2 streets I could have done without. I did have a good time otherwise.
Oh one last thing, try NOT to buy anything from the store IN the hotel. They charge American $ and spent 9.00 for a bag of M&Ms I could have gotten across the street for 2 dollars. Same with the coffee mugs and shirts, I think they were supposed to adjust the pricing from Florin to American but didn't and was rude to me when I asked them about it. Also Not spending 14.00 for the same coffee mug I got down the street for 5.00."
"The Pool and Beach chairs have a ridiculous reservation system. You have to reserve your pool chairs and if you don’t get there by 9:00am you lose your reservation and have to pay $60.00 for Non-Comp chairs, per day! The Beach chairs, if you would like to sit by the water/ocean are $80.00! They say this is for safety and avoids arguments over held chairs.
I could understand their “safety” reason, if “safety” wasn’t $60-80 dollars! It’s just a quick money grab. It is a bad look for the Hyatt Hotel. So many other hotels available."
