Hostels in Aruba

"I wouldn’t recommend this property if somebody gave it for free. I’ve been through plenty of different rius, and this one was by far the worst one ever.. they have rules and regulations like you are a child. The staff gave so much attitude and this is my first time in Aruba. They were supposed to be nice supposedly. They don’t have beach service so you go and get your own drinks by the pool bar where you can only get two drinks a person so everyone has to get up themselves. They don’t give shots. But they will give you it over ice then the towel boys we wanted to get clean towels and then he told us don’t give attitude they don’t take restaurant reservation, which is totally fine but restaurant the steakhouse opens at 6 PM and people are waiting in line at 5 PM to get a table. If you want any cabana that’s in front of the beach we had to wake up every single day at 5 AM to go get it because everybody was reserving it, which was ridiculous. The food actually wasn’t horrible. It was pretty decent. The alcohol on the other hand was horrible the most horrible selection the top tequila. They had Jose Cuevo that’s disgusting. Only if you get elite club, then you will get better alcohol. But they cannot upgrade you unless they upgrade your room, which is another ridiculous thing. The rooms are a bit outdated. They need to be remodeled. The carpet in the hallway is disgusting. Looks dirty as hell. i’m not wanting to complain and write bad reviews but literally we had such a horrible."

"The staff was so nice and helpful! It was really clean and I enjoyed every second of this resort! I do recommend making reservations to the restaurants ahead of time or go to the activities concierge to book them because it's really hard to get a reservation to the restaurants."

"Very safe Location. Beautiful hotel!!! Very modern, and spotless cleanliness. The pools...WOW!!! Clean and beautiful. The trees and flowers around the pool and hotel perfectly designed and groomed. The beds and pillows first class! All of the staff were incredible, from the desk crew, to the maids. I just cannot say enough about everyone associated with the hotel. I'm very sure that you cannot find such an amazing group of people anywhere. We will 100% choose this hotel again. The concierge Lisa Marie ..was so helpful to us, so many times. We're missing waking up here everyday."
