"It's a wonderful town"

"Booked to stay here for an authentic Ryokan Onsen experience on our Japan holiday. This was our first time at both a ryokan and an Onsen so we don’t have an awful lot to compare it to on those aspects. However, the positives of the hotel were that the staff were very friendly and happy to help. They spoke a small amount of English and were happy to try to assist when needed. "We lived our stay. Beautiful onsen, we loved the private and public baths. Enjoyed having a bath in our room. Very comfy room, great food for both dinner and breakfast. Amazing environment "

"お部屋はお風呂を綺麗にリフォームしてあって24時間入れる事もあって良かったです。チェックイン後に自由に出入り出来るのも良かったです。 建物自体が古いので廊下や階段の古さ、エレベーターが無い事と階段が急勾配なのは気になりました。それと窓が無いので景色は見れないし、やはり閉塞感があるのは否めないです。"

"We took japanese style bedroom but the futons were super thin so uncomfortable. The private onsen was a bit smelly making the experience less enjoyable. For the travel to reach the place, we struggle little to go by bus. For the positive, the staff was amazing and helpful, the breakfast has lot of varieties for everyone. The room was super clean, spacious and very beautiful. Spending time with dogs around was lovely... what an amazing concept hotel."
