great location and nice stay

Friendly service and good hot natural onsen with nice, great assortment of dishes for dinner and breakfast buffet. The room is nice clean and bed is comfortable. very fast wifi. Everything went well and exceeded expectations

Clean spacious room

Old hotel but clean room. Conveniently located next to Shirahige waterfall. Half hour walk to blue pond. Hotel provides shuttle to and from Biei Station.

Nice Onsen

Ok, when we first arrived we were a little worried. The hotel is old and the room was a little tight with 4 sleeping mats on the floor BUT by the end of our 3 night stay we really enjoyed our stay. The onsen is lovely and that really made the stay, along with the staff who were eager to help with anything. Breakfast was included with lots of options and was quite good. We were here for a ski trip and this turned out to be a great location although a little further from Furano than expected (50 min on a small road). The beds were mats on the floor with small bean bag pillows and could have a been a little more comfortable but we got used to it. Parking was free and easy. Not a lot of restaurants close by but some food trucks across the street open for lunch. Would stay again.

7월 중순 가족 여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 로비에 도착하는 순간...에어컨을 켰다고 하는데 로비가 너무 더웠어요. 오히려 밖이 더 시원했네요. 식당은 작고 일본 현지에서 관광버스로 많이들 오시는듯했어요. 조식, 석식 부페였는데 사람이 많고 음식 종류나 질이 썩 맛있진 않아서 기대보단 별로였습니다. 위치는 좋아서 흰수염폭포까지 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있어요. 주변에 편의점이나 먹을 곳이 없으니 차로 이동하거나 숙소에서 조석식 신청해서 드실 수 밖에 없을듯하네요.

在出發前見到差的評論，心里有點擔憂，不過現在多了很多人把自己的問題說是别人的問題。在酒店資料中，知道職員外語能力有，但他們盡力溝通，有關酒店内的事情，已有日文清楚說明的。我想酒店的問題是中央空調，在同區多間酒店也一樣；另欠缺洗頭水等用品。

훌륭한 주변경치 그러나 작은 화장실..

크진 않지만 충분히 따뜻한 다다미 방에 있을 것은 다있습니다.그러나 주변에 편의점등이 없어 꼭 미리 간단한 것은 준비를 해야하고 화장실이 아주 작아서 불편합니다.주변경치는 훌륭합니다.

夕食の配膳、準備するスタッフの態度が、もはやおもてなし、営業ではない。悪過ぎ。食事中に、途中でご飯や汁物のコーナーを早く片付けたいのか、主任に悪態をつく。顧客が食事中に「おっそ」と敢えて聞こえるようにつぶやき、働いていた。いくら正月でご自身も早く仕事を終えて帰りたいのはわかるが、その前に顧客が許された時間内で食事中なのです。苦情を言おうとしましたが、せっかくのお正月なので、スルーしました。ご高齢のおばあちゃんは雇わないことをオススメします。

レビューの評判が悪かったので、期待をしていなかったが、従業員の方は一生懸命やっていた。観光には便利。温泉はすごくいいお湯だが熱い。朝、まだ入浴時間中なのに、掃除をはじめるのは失礼だと思う。露天風呂に入っていたら、外を従業員の人が歩いていた(掃除用のホースを外から置いたようだ)。自分は男だったからまだよいが、女性だったらビックリしたと思う。食事は値段から考えたら、こんなもんだと思う。

Lovely outdoor onsen

Was able to enjoy the onsen, especially the outdoor one on the 1st floor, though I was disappointed we missed our dinner as we arrived 10mins past 9. It was a long drive to get there and no option to at least get to serve us something. I guess they are very strict with schedules and the concept of time. There’s a noodle vending machine. My son had two. LOL. I decided to wait for breakfast.

温泉はとても素晴らしいのに

温泉はとても良かったのでもったいない感じがするホテルでした。サービススタッフがとても残念でした。それから朝食はイマイチぱっとしなかったです。もっと地の物を使った料理を提供した方がいいと思います‼

객실은....온천탕은 굿!

숙소에서 오래된 다다미 냄새인지 담배 냄새인지가 심해서 들어갔을 때 첫인상이 좋지 않았어요. 그치만 창밖을 통해 보이는 풍경이나, 노천탕에서의 전경 및 온천수는 잊지 못할 정도로 좋았습니다.
