"This hotel is very well located for walking to the historic downtown area of Munich, as well as a more modern strip of shops and restaurants. However the actual entrance is in a pedestrian-only section which makes it impossible for taxis to pull right up to the main entrance, and we had to be picked up/dropped off almost a block away. Hotel room was small but comfortable, clean, and in good condition. A/C control pad overly complicated but seemed to work fine. Nice bathroom with good counter...

"A first class hotel in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Staff very polite, friendly & professional. Room was outstanding: we had a suite. Breakfast was an extensive buffet with cooked options available. Really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return if back in Munich again."

The bar area was nice and we met some other fellow travelers and had good conversations and drinks. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our time in Munich."

"Hôtel très bien placé donnant sur la place du Marché aux victuailles (Viktualienmarkt), très animé et proche des principaux points touristiques, musées. Grande chambre confortable, propre et très silencieuse, vue sur cour et les belles horloges de l'église Saint-Peter. Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables la salle de bain est vaste, il y a de la place partout. Mini bar et machine Nespresso gratuit. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu un bon pour un cocktail au bar. Le personnel est serviable....

"Helpful front desk, polite and attentive. The property is 5mins walk to Marienplatz so very convenient. Room was good size, rainfall shower, comfy bed. Expedia room credit came in handy with the restaurant / bar next door. Would recommend. The Viktualienmarkt is worth a look, also a short stroll."
