"I stayed at this hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and had an overall great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the room itself was spotless and well-maintained. "My room smelled pretty bad like body odor and the carpet was sticky. I tried to open a window to air out the room, but they're locked shut. additionally the wood furniture in the room is pretty beat up. These are the reasons I rated the stay poor. The staff was excellent as was the food and drink. Please get the rooms squared away."

"Check in was fast and easy receptionist was very caring and friendly. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket due to the cool weather, but we did not call to request one. Grab and go breakfast was provided for us at 4:00 in the morning. Shuttle service was exceptional to and from the airport. About a 10 minute drive to the airport from the hotel."

"My wife had no heat or air conditioning in her room, and the staff did nothing to fix it. It was a very cold night, and she was freezing all night long. We were very disappointed in the hotel's response."
