The staff was very nice. When I went to get into the bed,it was not made. The top sheet was just thrown on and the bottom sheet was not tucked in . I wondered if they changed the sheets from the last people in the room. The breakfast was not great. No yogurt or fresh berries. No pastries

Woodspring Suites Ashland - Richmond North
The staff kept one of our party guests waiting for 2 hrs at the front desk before determining that the room was overbook and not available to us, and they did not make an effort to find a replacement option for us and him.

The pros: central location, breakfast was full each morning and check in was quick. The cons: the hotel room entrance was not secure.
