"Quite good Experience "

"Clean large rooms. Good parking"

"Loved my stay for a work trip. I’ve booked to come back in 2 weeks to stay again for my next trip. Great room and great facilities. Best stay I’ve had for a long time."

"If you are staying ground floor and have people above you it can be noisey, not sure much soundproofing in floor. Otherwise really good stay, staff always around and happy to help."

"The room was spacious and reasonably clean. Quite basic but serviceable. What was not good was the bathroom: we understand that a shared bathroom depends a lot on the other guests, but the grime on the toilet and in the bath tub was days old. We chose not to shower here this morning because we didn’t feel at ease."

The fact that this spare duvet was in the wardrobe perhaps indicates that the lack of heat is a continuing problem. Internet was intermittent and difficult to get. Towels very hard - suggest you take your own."

Thankfully, Joan was very helpful when we contacted her and arranged for us to move...

"The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. We were only told after arrival that a pump had been fitted that day and it needed time to heat overnight. This was...
