"Fick ett rum som var halva storleken av det vi bokat och betalt för. Kompakt möblering utan plats för bagage eller möjlighet att hänga upp kläder. Fungerande köksdel, men rummet verkade inte vara tänkt att bli ett hotellrum. Bra badrum. Hade trots vårt påpekande inte fått länk till betalning och inpassering. Nästan två timmars försening utanför lokalerna. Personalen försökte, men verkade inte ha behörighet eller kompetens. "

"The hotel is in the midst of Gamla Stan (Old Town) with easy access to area shops and venues. Also nearby is a main shopping district and other attractions.
Most of all, the staff was amazing. Pleasant and helpful."
