"Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. There was a keurig in the room as well as at the coffee bar in the Common room. Outside the Common room is a long porch which faced the bay, and was wonderful to relax...

"Stayed one night just to not have to continue a long drive - Smelled musty and honestly, like pee as well. Looked like the sheets were yellow, and the whole place made me feel like I had to itch all night. Stains almost everywhere. And if you have a larger car, good luck with the parking. Staff was super nice, just not a nice place to stay (even just for a night to sleep)…. Hopefully they change all these issues, But if not, good luck to whoever chooses this hotel :/"

"We have dogs so this hotel is convenient. The room was somewhat clean, the hot water takes forever to make it to the second floor. It is a good place if you have dogs. The indoor pool is a big hit."

"Me and my family enjoy apt101 but what would have made it better is if the air conditioning was all over. It was hot in the rooms. But over all I like it there this is my second stay with y’all. I’ll be there again maybe a board walk view. Service and staff was nice and helpful when needed"

"THIS property is old and outdated with curtains that look like they are from the 70's. There are stains, discolorations and chips on the furniture as well. The fact that this place has the audacaity to charge a $5 resort fee is comical but w3hat really took me over the edge is that when it was time for me to go to sleep I pulled the comforter back and there were brown stains on the sheets. I had a double bed so I pulled the other comforter back and got the same thing. I was so disgusted and...

It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate.
