"The hosts were very nice and helpful with advice for our travels. Breakfast was fabulous, and our room was comfortable and clean with a large jetted bathtub that was perfect. "

"Lovely spacious room & the best breakfast ever!"

"when I checked into my room at 5pm, all was fine. then I went into Ghent (lovely city) for the evening. when I got back a little after 11pm there was no power/lights in my room. and no staff to help! there was book on the desk in my room with hotel policies etc, but it was horribly outdated as it said to dial the front desk if one had any questions, but of course there are no longer any internal phones in the hotel. the next morning there was finally front desk staff, but they were incompetent...

"Gorgeous property, so relaxing and calm and a wonderful kind and caring family. Our room was great and we would highly recommend to everyone"

"The description of the location for this hotel needs to be more specific. Unfortunately we didn’t do our geography homework thoroughly enough😤. This hotel is primarily for business users NOT tourists. It is on a business park on the outskirts of the city with NO public transport less than a 20 minute walk away. Taxi fares added expenses. No restaurant facility for evening meals."

"泊車說明免費，最後說要20歐"

"Had a great stay with our Grand Kids. Had the large room for 5 people with plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool usage. Easy walking distance to the town center for us. Staff were exceptional to deal with."

"Took us a minute to find where to check in, but the staff was great once we found them. Only issue with the room is the soap is a generic liquid soap in a wall dispenser, but there were no washcloths. We went to be close to the stadium - it is not convenient to the Medieval center of Ghent. That area is also very industrial and we could smell fumes from the chemical plant as we walked (did NOT smell in the room). Was a great, economic place to drop and go for a football game, but would not base...

"Unique, characterful and outstandingly beautiful chateau with immaculately maintained parkland grounds. Our room in the old stables had been recently renovated to the highest standard and with attention given to every detail. This is the sort of place that you always hope to discover but rarely do. Even the local town is only a ten minute walk away. Eat at Basile, yet another revelation. We only wished we were staying for longer."

"Prima Hotel maar het ontbijt is wel erg duur."

"We did not like the shower and sink on the 2nd floor of our hotel room. If you used the toilet you had to go upstairs to wash your hands. Room was tight!!! But so beautiful!! Bed was hard. Perfect location!"

"Outstanding setting combined with lovely staff and excellent amenities"

"We had a family room for four people. Very spacious with three single beds and a double sofa. Plenty of space to move around. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus and free bottled water. We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold. Walk in shower with body wash and hair wash was another bonus too. We had breakfast which was ok, nothing special. We paid 15 euros per day for the parking. Location was perfect with the town centre few minutes walk away with lots of cafes, shops and market on...

"Nunca supe de la alberca"

"An excellent hotel. The staff were unfailingly helpful, the facilities excellent and all areas of the place sparkling clean. The room and bathroom were well designed, not large but there was adequate space. The room looked out onto a fairly busy road but there must have been superb soundproofing because the traffic noise was barely a murmur in the room."

"Non segnalata sulla strada. Difficile da trovare. Molto bella la struttura. Non trovo corretto dover pagare il parcheggio poiché è un piazzale all’aperto senza custodia"
