"Spacious apartment complete with washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove and tub centrally located in town for an exceptionally reasonable price. The train station was behind us and the promised soundproofing was great. Some staff were able to speak English and were incredibly kind and helpful. Love the eco cleaning system! We extended our stay two more days to enjoy Takayama. Well worth it! "

"Good size room. Like the free flow of drinks (local sake, Asahi beer, coffee/tea) provided from 5pm till midnight at the lobby. Cosy lounge area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Top marks to all of them. Hotel very conveniently located near the old town. I would recommend trying at least once the Japanese breakfast provided by the hotel. "

"Staff very helpfully and welcoming. Very easy to walk around to bus and train station. Near Sanmachi st, morning market, Hida beef restaurant, Hida kokubunji temple, easy travel to Shiragawa-go, Ski resort.. Things do not like: price not include breakfast and the price for breakfast quite expensive 1.700yen/person. There is no telephone in room: I wonder if emergency happended how can I call for help?. Stay here for 3 night but the room never clean up, trash Lego up! Only inđoor Onsen. No air...

"My room was spacious and spotless. My window looked out toward the beautiful Japanese Alps, nice to wake up to! I would highly recommend booking the meal plans for both dinners and breakfasts... the inn is a bit of a walk from town (very do-able), but it was so nice to eat right there, and the meals were just fantastic! Staff is great, the baths are wonderful... would stay there again."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and divers as well as the super. The star were the open air baths. For those like me with their head in the clouds, the bath can be accessed from the 6th floor where the onsens desk is. I loved my stay. Thank you! "

"Easy to find. Just a few minutes away. Come out of the station, walk ahead past the information centre, cross the road and walk straight ahead down the street. Walk past the 7 Bank and turn left. Hotel is on your right. We received such a warm welcome. We stayed 3 nights. The room was a reasonable size and we could put both cases open on the floor.
