the location is excellent just few min, walk to the station and various stores nearby, and the staff is very courteous. But the hotel itself is quite old and quite many repaired area inside the bedroom, and hot spring size is a bit small

地點很近JR站，附近有仲世通有很多土產店，很熱鬧，洒店設施雖然有點舊，但房間及温泉也寛敞，而且房價便宜合理，温泉料理好吃，服務員很有禮。會推介給朋友

Fantastic staff and stay. Incredible experience
I loved absolutely everything about this stay, only wishing we had booked to stay longer. Staff were fantastic to speak with and we were very well looked after. The room was comfortable with a great view. They made our beds while we had dinner. We stayed in a Tatami Japanese style room, and sleeping was very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the hot springs comfortable. We booked some private onsen time, and it was well worth it for the family to bath together for almost an hour.

残念です
客室の畳がベコベコ。水回りが汚い。パンフレットの写真と現状の差が著しく激しい。従業員はサービス良い人と悪い人の差が激しい。仲見世通りに近く快適。夕食の刺し身が乾いてまずい。金目鯛が小さ過ぎる。

名前は立派だが、設備、風呂、食事全て不満足。一泊2万8千円の部屋にバスタブも無く、食事は町の定食屋と変わらない。どんな人を対象に商売しているのか聞いてみたい。

楽しかったです！
熱海駅から近くてよかったです
最初にいただいたこんぶ茶が美味しかったです
部屋に案内されるとまだ清掃中でもう一回ロビーに戻る、というのは今までになかったことだったので驚きました
私たちは大丈夫でしたが、長旅で疲れきっている人は不快に思うかもしれません
隣の部屋のお子さんの声がよく聞こえ てきたので、もしかしたら壁が薄いのかもしれないです
夜ご飯はボリュームがあってどれもとても美味しかったです
オプションでつけられる数量限定のあわびの踊り焼きやお刺身、金目鯛の煮付けなど海の幸が特に美味しかったです
大浴場はとても広くて気持ちよかったです
ただ部屋のお風呂はいまいちだったかな、と思います
海とビーチ、熱海城などの観光スポットも比較的近くにあって楽しめました
コンビニやお土産屋さん、ご飯屋さんがある商店街も近くにあり便利でした
楽しかったです、ありがとうございました

대체로 만족
아타미역 바로 근처라 찾아가기도 싶고 바닷가가 가까워 바다를 호텔에서 볼 수 있음. 식사도 괜찮고 서비스도 만족스러웠음. 다만 시설이 좀 노후된 면이 있어 아쉬움. 전체적으로 만족스러웠으나 시설이 가격대비 좀 아쉬웠음.

これならビジネスホテルの方が全然良い
大浴場更衣室には小さい蟻がたくさん。
泊まった部屋の障子はやぶれてる。
朝の大浴場、シャワーの温度が上がらない。
部屋までの案内スタッフの挙動が自信なさげなのに笑顔を作るのは叩き込まれてるのか不自然だし逆に腹立つ。他のスタッフもレベルはそんなに高くない。
改装？した様ですが、施設もスタッフも取り繕ってる部分が多すぎる。
二度と使わない。

8歳、3歳の子供と主人の4人でお世話になりました。商店街を抜けたらすぐという素晴らしい立地。駅からバスを利用しての観光にとても便利でした。スタッフの方々の対応もとても良く、子供向けのヨーヨー釣りや早朝のところてん、食後のコーヒーサービスなどがロビーであったり、小さな気配り満載でした。
家族風呂「お宮の湯」を利用させていただいたのですが、おちついた雰囲気でプチ贅沢な気分を味わわせていただき、子供たちも喜んでいました。洗い場の蛇口が１つしかなかったのが少々残念。２つあると、家族が同時に体を洗えるのになあと感じました。
お食事がとにかく美味しく、大満足でした。昨年までオシャレな某有名リゾートに行くことが多かったのですが、どこも食事がまずくいつもがっかり、価格とサービスのバランスが悪いと感じていたのですが、今回は大満足でした。
部屋のお風呂が汚い 等の書き込みを見ましたが、それは古いから仕方のないこと。我が家は水着を干すのに利用しただけですし、全然マイナスポイントには感じませんでした。
是非また利用したいです❣️

享受美食，放鬆泡湯的好飯店
雖然飯店設備不是很新，但是接待住客非常親切，令人賓至如歸，一泊二食的早餐及晚餐都令人驚豔，品嘗美食令人十分開心

令人感到舒適愉快的溫泉旅館
這次是家族旅行，book左3間唔同類型房間，每間都有驚喜，晚餐同早餐出息，酒店職員好nice,浸完溫泉，有個休息室，有按摩椅，大堂有爆谷任食，有軟雪糕店，朝早有咖啡任飲，入住前email 酒店想全家一齊食晚飯同早飯，酒店好快回覆，安排得好好，全家都滿意。

まずまず快適に過ごせました。
お世話になりました。
セミスイートに泊まりました。特に大きな不満もなく快適に過ごせましたが、正直に言えば値 段の割には満足度は低かったかなと感じます。2人で１泊76,000円でしたが、体感的には3～4万くらいの満足度でした。ただ批判するような大きな問題があったわけではありません。こちらの期待しすぎもあったかとは思いますが・・・。

駅近で便利
駅からとても近く、チェックイン前、アウト後に荷物を預かっていただくことも可能でとても便利でした。
お料理も美味しく、ところてんやコーヒーのサービスなどもあり色々楽しめました。
