Great location walkable to Acropolis. Apartment is newly renovated. There was a welcome bottle of water and orange juice waiting for us. Nice touch. Quiet neighborhood. Good value.

Lovely stay, great location

Lovely stay. The hotel is in walking distance to the town. Amenities were great, has everything you need. Very comfortable and great communication from the owner, who was really helpful and informative. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Koukaki!

Amazing stay in the middle of the city. Koukaki area has great food and its 12 mins walk from Acropolis area. Room is very nice with a backyard where you could chill and relax in the morning with coffee.

The location is very good. Walkable to Acropolis and Agora. Just a couple of blocks from restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious and all amenities are there including a hairdryer with a defuser. It was a quiet street and well lit.

This apartment was in a nice area that was very close to the Acropolis.. Konstantinos was a fantastic host… provided airport pick up and port drop off… when we arrived he sat us down and had suggestions for things to do and places to eat…please listen to him when he says go to the Acropolis by 8am!!! The apartment was nice sized with 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms which is a plus since there were 3 of us!! We had a great stay!!

Great place to stay in Athens

We truly enjoyed our stay. The w bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold and the WiFi worked great. The bathroom and kitchen were excellent. The small outside patio area was very nice. This was a great location, just a short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. The meetup station was nearby and lots of bars, restaurants, coffee cafes, and markets nearby. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood day and night. Highly recommend!

Property was fabulous. On a hill which was difficult for us as we are older. Lots of great eating places but no shopping. We were so happy that taxis were arranged for us both to the acropolis and the airport. This meant a lot to us. Lovely apartment.

Big and roomy in good location

Costas the manager is extremely helpful and kind. The location is quiet with easy access to all the major sites. The AC works very well. We stayed in the gardenia suite which is spacious and perfect for stretching out with 2 balconies. The only challenges were the tub is set high so if you are shorter it’s tricky to get in and out and can be slippery. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator so not good for those with mobility issues. Would absolutely consider staying here again though.

Great location and very responsive property manager. Smooth check-in process. We stayed in the Jasmine suite. Check the property website before booking for more details, such as room location, etc. Generally in good shape and clean. Bathroom is the only exception. It is small with handheld shower, and has seen better days. Heads up, the twin beds may work for younger kids but not comfortable for our teenager and adult kids. Also the second bedroom is not what you may expect- it is a half wall with curtains. Cute outdoor garden. The kitchen has all the basics you need.

Elegant Retreat near Acropolis

Spacious home great location

The home were cute and comfortable for a family of 4 people. Owner is nice, friendly, helpful and prepared water, snacks for our stay. Home came with little things like umbrellas, map, shampoos, towels and such and walking distance to many restaurants and the acropolis. Definitely recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Koukaki Residence. It is beautiful! Kosta was amazing and oriented us to the whole area pointing out great dining options and sights to see. He also helped arrange our taxi back to the airport. We were able to walk to so many amazing sights. It was an outstanding experience.

We thought the location was excellent. In a nice residential neighborhood and a 20 minute walk to the tourist areas (Acropolis museum, Plaka). Kosta was great and gave us good tips for eating and drinking. Amazing pop up street market on Friday right outside the front door. Nice room and comfortable bed. Thanks!

The property was great and Konstantino was amazing. Super nice and helpful, answered our questions whenever we had them and responded to all communication including arranging our airport transfers. Great property for families. Our only issue was in order for hot water you had to press a button and wait 40min for only about 5min of hot water to shower. Not very convenient for a family if 4 with 2 teenagers.
