"Good"

"Solo traveler. The room was very clean which is the most imprtant thing in my book. Very quiet and I felt totally safe. The person at front desk was super nice and helpful. Peanut butter and jelly packets would be nice too. But def not a deal breaker. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and fresh...

"This hotel had about as much charm and character as a cinder block. Whoever decorated it must have been depressed. No color, design or joy. Not even a photo on the walls. Felt institutional ."

"We booked through a third party. We we checked in the desk clerk said the TV in our room only had two channels so she upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge and this hotel and the surrounding ones were booked up. The breakfast host was very friendly and asking guests if she could help them with anything. I highly recommend...

"Stay went very smoothly"

"I came for one night after traveling for work. I didn't expect the Ritz but this was well below expectations and different than pictures of the location. Run down, tired items, paint and furniture including employees. Non smoking not enforced as someone was definitely smoking pot on the first floor near the main lobby. Mold looking growth in air conditioner. Sad pillows stained thin towels, orange shower curtain. Breakfast offered was sad despite friendly signage. Will not stay here again....
