"I reserved a room for my friend, Regina, who was on a long layover. Her experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
First, she had to wait nearly 3 hours (2 hours and 45 minutes) for a shuttle to get her to the hotel — an exhausting delay after a long journey.
Upon arrival, she was assigned to room 133. However, when she entered, she discovered the room was already occupied. She immediately went back to the front desk, where the clerk informed her that someone had already checked into the room under her name. Regina clarified she was traveling alone and no one else should have been checked in under her name. The clerk then stated that the room was listed under the name Reginald, which was incorrect.
She waited another 30 minutes as staff tried to resolve the mistake, and she was eventually given a key to room 206. Unfortunately, her key did not work, forcing her to return to the front desk for a new key. After multiple trips, she was finally assigned to room 210.
Upon entering, she found the comforter was dirty and had visible spots on it (see photos). By this point, it was after midnight, and she had to be back at the front desk by 3:30 AM to catch her shuttle — leaving her very little time to settle in.
Overall, the experience was stressful, poorly managed, and not at all what one expects from a hotel. The room conditions and the lack of proper communication or service made for a very unpleasant night."
