"I walked in my room and saw that there was 2 used towel rags hanging on the shower curtain rod. I'm sure the cleaning person missed it. When I was getting situated. I saw that there were tobacco shavings or a one of those roll up on the floor, There were stains all over the couch and my balcony smelled like hot piss! "I ultimately decided not to stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Atlanta because of my experience during check-in and with the valet service, so I can’t speak to the rooms or the overall quality of the hotel itself.
