"My wife made the reservation for an ADA compliant room. I checked us in. When we got to the room, it was NOT an ADA room and the person at the desk, Zack, told me the hotel doesn’t have ADA rooms. Even though it is within a short distance to the airport, they don’t shuttle service, they are not pet friendly."

"After having confirm reservation through Expedia when I reach hotel at 8:30 PM after a long day, I was shocked to hear from the staff that they don’t have room for me and they were sorry that they overbooked and there is nothing they can do about it.
