"Our stay at the highpoint hotel was amazing! The staff that greeted us at check in was so helpful and accommodating! The lobby and reception area was so immaculately clean as was our room! Spacious for us and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a reasonable $10 per person. All you care to eat! The hotel is very safe and secure too! We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!"

"Was not too happy with the service after the concert Friday night. We were the first two people in there for about half an hour. ordered a pizza right away as we know it gets busy after a concert. 45 mins went by and we had to ask for our pizza our waitress said they had others made but not ours...we were first to order. So she went back and miraculously came back with an all meat pizza you could clearly see was just tossed on top of the pepperoni one and melted cheese on top quickly. It was horrible to say the least. Other than that we have never ever had bad service there. We may consider an alternative next time bar staff was not very helpful but to just the drinkers only."

"This property is old. The lid on the toilet did not fit. There was mold on the wall near the vanity sink. The hot tub was dirty. The pictures didn’t match the actual room."

"Clean rooms, good location in between mall and downtown and right next to the hospital. Breakfast is free, but minimalistic. In the hallway there an old hotel smell, no issue in room."
