"A great gem of a hotel, this was our first visit and will return soon. The staff were really friendly and seemed happy to be there. "The hotel was very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. The food was excellent, with a great choice. The staff were amazing, they were helpful, professional and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the Manager couldn't have been more kind, they made you feel at home. Fabulous place to stay"

"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "
