"Sehr nettes, zentrale gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit verfügbar (24 h Rezeption). Es wurden täglich Handtücher getauscht und Betten gemacht. Sauber war es auch und die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Am Bahnhof kann es manchmal etwas lauter werden. Aber sonst super!"

"They missed our cleaning and we had to remind them that no cleaning had been done the that they informed us that it would be. And when we asked for new towels since they missed the cleaning day they told us we could not get any new ones until they were able to schedule a new cleaning day, which in this case would be 48 hours before our check-out.
