"This place was great. Very friendly front desk staff, very clean rooms and a great breakfast. Our room was next to the bathroom and was a little noisy but it was to be expected. We needed a handicap room. "
"We do not stay in luxury hotels however even "bargains" should need certain standards. Walked around in fuzzy socks to not have shoes on carpet (indoor/outdoor) and in 15 minutes they were filthy! Room felt "damp" and A/C was wall unit that was on and off at odd times....difficult to keep working so room was mot consistent. Bathroom was old but could have used better cleaning and some towels had strings raveling off them. Corner shower unit had town curtain and some of the dispensers for shampoo/shower gel/conditioner did not work. It look dirty because it was so old and stained. The sheets were thin and would not even stay over the corners of the mattress. Their home page said "Breakfast" and there was none...nothing was out. Also advertised as 24 hour front desk. We were told when we arrived 7-11 with no assistance after 11 pm. We will be back in Murray the next 3 years for rodeo but will not consider staying there. During our time off from the event, we did NOT want to just relax in our room...we found something to do away from the room. That is NOT my idea of a "pleasant stay". "
"I showed up after driving 12 hours to be told I cannot stay because they only allow dogs. I had 1 female cat and the denied me my reservation with zero refund. I brought my cat last minute and wasn’t sure if I was going to when I booked so all I saw was pet friendly. She asked me and I was honest with her because I was willing to pay the fee. I explained to her my reservation was non refundable and she told me Expedia is to handle it and Expedia said it was up to the hotel. Needless to say…I was not refunded at all nor contacted by anyone "
"If you live in Murray they require $150 cash deposit, this is not written or told to you anywhere until you arrive, so please have cash ready if you live in Murray."
"The staff is always friendly. The bed was comfortable per usual and the breakfast was perfect. Everytime I visit Murray this is my only choice I will not stay anywhere else."
"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super helpful. The morning breakfast spread was nice and the coffee was actually freshly ground on the spot. Overall a decent place for an overnight trip to visit our Murray State student. Will likely return. "
