My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar Kaffee und Kaffee (Mokka) Kocher war vorhanden. Dadurch dass man zuerst durch ein verschlossenes Portal und dann erst durch die Wohnungstüre muss fühlt man sich sehr sicher! Und die Stadt an sich ist meiner Meinung nach eine der sichereren Städte Italiens!!"
