"Ended up arriving in the middle of the night due to late start for my travel itinerary. Woman at the front desk was very nice and worked quickly to check me in so I could get to sleep right away. Other family members have stayed here previously so would recommend. "

"Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose. "

"I paid about $200 for a private room for a swimming pool. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there are no rooms. I waited about 45 minutes. I took the room. It is not opposite the pool and not clean. Unfortunately, knowing that I have young children. When I changed the room, the same thing is not clean, especially the floor with strange things and the covers look not new. That's not what I was looking for."

"The description on Expedia said there was a pool. There was no pool. We didn't see it. Breakfast was not good. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the rooms next to us and the rooms above. This made for a sleepless night. The light over the bed was out. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The sign inside the door still said Red Roof Inn, though it is not any more. The sign outside said to wear masks and practice social distancing, a remnant from the Covid pandemic...

"Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. "

"Hot tub was ok. No bubbles. We informed the staff, they just said it should be working. They did not come check it out. Fire alarm going off at midnight, someone banging on door then not waiting on an answer. Apparently a smoke alarm head was bad in a room on our floor. But when you hear banging on your door, and fire alarm, its tough to get back to sleep."

"The room was clean and staff friendly. Don't expect much, it truly basic. Recommend if you're looking for place to sleep. There is a Bob Evans next door."

"Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. "

"Bagels were hard, had to ask to have our room re cleaned, staff hung up as if they were in a rush. No towels in pool area. "
