"The pictures look a lot better than the hotel looks in person! When I checked in, one girl was super nice and helpful but the other was very unprofessional talking loudly on her phone and showing the nicer girl photos on her phone. There were a lot of shady people hanging out in front of the hotel and in the parking lot talking loudly and smoking. The hotel itself was alright, it definitely was worn down and did not feel very clean. We booked this hotel primarily for the pool as my son loves to...

"The room was NOT clean. There were bottles and random items under the bed from previous guests; there was a used towel hanging to dry in the bathroom; the bath mat was visibility dirty while folded over the tub; the tub was dirty; there was stains in the duvet.... It was in a safe neighborhood and near a lot shopping. I am sorely disappointed."

"Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

"We were greeted warmly at check in. Parking was conveniently located. The property & room are in need of some maintenance. The floor lamp in the room had a broken socket and another lamp didn’t work. The bedding looked quite dated. The sheets were clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was sparse…very little choice. Check out was easy."

"Pool drained and empty with no heads up when booking or on any website. Carpet and furniture stained and disgusting. No shampoo or soap in shower dispensers, no turntable in microwave. Bed and pillows not bad. Very “rustic”/ bare bones stay."
