"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."
"Stay here!! It was incredible, first solo trip and they were so helpful by picking you up/dropping you off at the train station, as well as a beautiful included breakfast! "
"Excellent staff, in house breakfast is very much appreciated. Very clean room and seemed newly renovated floor and bathroom with a deep tub and the bed for a youth is excellent and can be put out to the 3rd bed for a family of 4. We loved the hotel. "
"Our room was delightful. We stayed in room 7 and had a small balcony with a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. The attached bathroom was perfect.
Breakfast was included and our hostess Valentina was just delightful. We did not evening dine at the restaurant downstairs, but we did have a carryout pizza from Marlo‘s, which is just up the street and was around 22 CHF for a decent size pizza. My son and I sat on the balcony and had pizza enjoyed the tremendous view. I could not imagine any restaurant in town would have a better vantage point than what we experienced.
The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to anywhere. The train station was about a six minute walk.
