"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "
"Location was great - in the middle of Dinant. Room was really large and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Lots of stairs to unit. The code entry was interesting to us."
