"Clean room with nice common area and outdoor pool. It’s well lit and joined with the hospital which initially was strange and we got lost couple times finding the building with hotel room and coming from parking garage but otherwise everything was good. About 15 minutes from most of attractions in New Orleans downtown and free car parking made it worth it since we had driven with our car. "

"My room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and our stay was comfortable. This is actually my second time staying at the residence inn. Both of my stays were nice.-"

"Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. "

"The room was great for my daughter and I traveling together: plenty of space, large bathroom, quiet area, good location. I spilled some water on the carpet, used a white towel to clean it up, and the towel turned yellow/brown. "

"Wonderful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Home was perfect. Staff were courteous and very informative. And the breakfasts were as good as anything we ate all weekend. Next time we are in New Orleans, we will certainly stay at Ashtons."

"Thanks to Morgan at the front of us. My State was amazing. I only had some students there. I guess wrestling team or polo, soccer team, something sports related, very loud. Very very rowdy. However, she not only make sure I was OK. Knew that I was in town because my son was being deployed, but insured that my safety was good, so I want to thank her for all of her kindness. My first night day was very miserable. My second day was OK. Thankfully it was a very short visit"

"Tv but no access. Just w ads need to watch news. Don’t have tv if it is not available to guest Had reservations but person checking in in front of me not had to wait .20 mins when I could have been in my room staff should have checked me in then back to other guest"

"Room was clean and properly stocked, A/C worked but that's about it. We walked through the gate into some guys in wifebeater Ts, snagging and smoking a blunt. They were actually chill. Both side table lamps didn't work. bathroom doors (sliding barn door style) kept falling off the rails into us. On the second morning the hot water never came on for a shower. It was affordable but I wont be going back. 3 stars for clean and price "

"I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful."
