"Staff were welcoming on arrival, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely touch with the Japanese toilet, with a spacious shower too. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the surrounding area. Really enjoyed our stay here. To improve the experience, the prices in the bar could be reevaluated, compared to the surrounding area it is slightly over priced. "

"This is a great property with lots of facilities and amenities. The room was clean and comfortable Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of choice. It's a short taxi ride (around €11) or 25 min walk into the town. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again."

"Great location to stay and visit San Sebastian. Outside the City Center, but 8-10 minutes in a taxi. Public trasportation stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you directly to the City Center area. Very safe and convenient. "

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour.
